  • What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
    You can train at home however you will need some equipment. If you’re looking to build lean muscle I would recommend using callisthenic training and buying some kettlebells too. Bodyweight will get you to a certain place and then equipment will begin to be needed to progress further.
  • How are you different from a regular gym trainer?
    My approach is now becoming a fairly common approach - the approach of balance in nutrition, calorie deficits instead of yo-yo diets and My main difference is my type of training: Strength Training. Many PTs strength train and will attribute their general fitness and muscle tone to it, but somehow still believe their clients need to do HIIT, circuits and endless cardio. I’m at a lost why this is an acceptable form of practice to be honest, but I’m choosing to ignore this style of training to give to clients. I didn’t gain the shape I have today with cardio, I gained it from strength training so I will in turn extend the same training to my clients. ALSO another difference is my style of coaching. I believe in building friendships, making you laugh and chatting some much s*** to you for 50 minutes you forget your exercising 😂 My style is not blowing a whistle at you, shouting at you and making you feel like a failure if you don’t complete your reps. I’d prefer you to feel achievement however you trained on that day, because positive reinforcement is the way forward. Every client leaves my sessions smiling knowing they’ve achieved something and normally laughing from one of my many silly conversations 😂
  • Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
    There is no extra charge for nutritional guidance, it’s all part of the service provided to you when you sign up to personal training sessions.
  • Do you charge extra for you training app?
    The App is completely free of charge when you sign up to personal training sessions - the app provides a way for clients to make a profile, upload pictures, access training plans and an extensive exercise library.
  • Do you have any offers on?
    I always have an offer on! Please enquire today to find out this months offer!
  • Do you provide online coaching?
    I do! I am a face to face personal trainer but do provide online coaching plans to clients. Please enquire today to find out more!
  • When will you be running classes?
    I will be running classes by December 2022. Once live I will attach a booking service on my website, Facebook and Instagram which clients can book on a first come first serviced basis. Classes will include:- Boxing - Core- Kettlebells - Pre Natal Training Classes
